Ohh yeah,
Its finally happening after months of waiting we finally have a close date. The date of closing is the 26th of this month. I am going to have Josh do the loan, Engle certainally dosent seem to like that. They have tried to scare us into going with their lender on several occasions. In the end it comes down to them not exactly making us a priority, Josh’s payment being cheaper and frankly the fact that I know Josh wont screw us.
